Questions
How designing, pricing, artwork, sizing and ordering work here.
What can I design?
- Oversized HoodieEGP 950.00
- Oversized T-ShirtEGP 580.00
- Box Fit T-ShirtEGP 580.00
- Regular T-ShirtEGP 580.00
- Box Fit HoodieEGP 950.00
Each comes in the sizes and colours shown on its page.
How much does a customised piece cost?
The garment's price, plus EGP 100.00 for each image and EGP 50.00 for each text box you put on it. The front and the back are counted together and there is no charge for printing on both. The studio shows the price as you design, and our system works it out again from your saved design before it goes in your bag. Delivery is free.
What does made to order mean?
We make your piece after you order it, with your design. Nothing is waiting on a shelf, so you will not see stock counts here. If a colour or size cannot be made for a while, it is paused and cannot be chosen until it is back.
Where can my design go?
On the front and on the back. You can place, resize and rotate each image and text box on the 3D garment, and turn the garment to see it from every side.
What files can I upload?
PNG, JPEG or WebP, up to 15 MB each. A transparent background stays transparent. Only upload artwork you own or have permission to use - see the artwork policy.
Why does the studio say my image is low quality?
The studio compares your file's pixels with the size it will print at. When there are fewer than 150 pixels for every inch it prints across, it may come out soft or pixelated. The studio tells you how wide that image can print sharp: make it smaller, or use a larger file.
Is the 3D preview exactly what I will get?
It shows where your design sits and how big it is. Colours on a screen and on fabric are never exactly the same. Some garments are shown on another garment's model as a stand-in until they have their own; where that is the case, the product page and the studio say so, and the garment's size guide describes the real cut.
Which size should I choose?
Each garment's page has its own size guide, with its measurements taken flat. Compare them with a piece you already own that fits the way you like.
Do I need an account?
Not to design: your work is kept on your device while you try things out. To save a design to your account and to order, you sign in.
How do I pay?
By InstaPay transfer: after you place your order, its page shows the exact amount and where to send it from your own app, and you tell us who it came from. We start making your order once we have confirmed the money arrived. We do not take cash on delivery.
What does delivery cost, and where do you deliver?
Delivery is free on every order to an address we deliver to: no fee by governorate, no minimum order and no handling charge.
We deliver to every governorate in Egypt.
How long does it take?
Two stages: we make your piece, then the courier brings it. Making usually takes 3 to 5 working days. Courier times are in the shipping & delivery policy once confirmed. These are estimates; if your order will be late, we tell you.
Can I return a customised piece?
If it arrives damaged, faulty or not as you ordered it, we put it right, as Egyptian consumer law requires. A piece made correctly to your own design cannot be returned just because you changed your mind, where the law allows that exception. The returns & refunds policy sets out the details.
Can I change my design after ordering?
Your order keeps its own copy of the design as it was when you ordered, so editing the design afterwards does not change the order. To ask about a change, contact us with your order number.
