Delivery is free

We charge nothing for delivery to any address we deliver to in Egypt. There is no fee by governorate, no minimum order for free delivery, and no packing or handling charge under another name. Your bag, checkout and order all show delivery as free.

Where we deliver

We deliver within Egypt, to every governorate in Egypt. We do not deliver outside Egypt.

If your address is outside the areas we deliver to, the order cannot be placed, and checkout tells you so before you pay. We never charge a fee instead.

Made to order, then delivered

Each piece is made after you order it, so your order goes through two stages: we make it and check it, then hand it to the courier.

Making usually takes 3 to 5 working days. Then the courier takes 3-5 days to Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, Qalyubia, Sharqia, Dakahlia, Beheira, Gharbia, Monufia, Kafr El Sheikh, Damietta, Port Said, Ismailia, Suez, Fayoum, Beni Suef, Minya, Asyut, Sohag, Qena, Luxor, Aswan, Red Sea, New Valley, Matrouh, North Sinai, South Sinai. Checkout shows both for your governorate before you pay. These are estimates, not guarantees. We do not offer same-day or next-day delivery.

Following your order

Your order’s status - waiting for payment, paid, awaiting production, in production, ready for shipping, shipped, delivered - is shown on the order page in your account.

Your delivery details

If something is wrong on arrival

Please check your parcel when it arrives. If it is damaged, incorrect or not what you ordered, contact us through Contact on WhatsApp (opens WhatsApp) or email sketchstitch190@gmail.com with your order number and photographs. Your rights are set out in the Returns & Refunds Policy, and nothing here limits your rights under the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 181 of 2018) and its executive regulations.
